Imagine this:

You start your day by checking in with the project team, ensuring all the materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be. You manage the flow of inventory like a well-orchestrated symphony, making sure everything is organized, efficient, and ready for the team. As materials arrive, you’re on the scene, verifying and inspecting, coordinating smooth operations for loading and unloading. You'll be the backbone of the operation, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently while working side by side with an awesome team!

By the afternoon, you might be mentoring team members on best practices, keeping the storage areas spotless and well-organized, or even proposing ways to improve the workflow. You’ll be constantly in touch with the Purchasing Area, making sure everything is up to speed. Every day, you’re on the lookout for opportunities to make the process better, faster, and safer. At the end of the day, you’ll report directly to the Project Manager, ensuring all tasks are on track and any roadblocks are swiftly resolved.

Here’s what we’re really looking for:

  • Proactive Problem Solver: You enjoy finding solutions and won’t wait around for someone else to handle it. If you see something that needs improvement, you take action.
  • Organizational Rockstar: Whether it’s keeping inventory in check or making sure the storage area is spotless, your attention to detail is second to none.
  • Team Mentor: You have a knack for guiding others and love seeing your team succeed. You’ll train and mentor the crew, keeping everything flowing smoothly.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Clear, effective communication is your superpower. You’ll be in touch with multiple teams, so knowing how to get your point across is essential.
  • Master of Efficiency: You love finding ways to streamline processes, ensuring tools and materials are always ready when and where they’re needed.
  • Customer Service Focused: Keeping our clients happy is key, and you’ll play a major part in ensuring satisfaction by delivering top-notch service every day.
Daily Wins Include:

  • Keeping 100% accuracy in inventory and ensuring everything is on time and in place.
  • Being the go-to person for your team, helping them succeed through guidance and support.
  • Coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness are top priorities.
  • Delivering results on time and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
What We Offer You:

  • A dynamic, fast-paced work environment where your ideas for improvement will be heard.
  • Opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and potentially advance into leadership roles.
  • A supportive team that values collaboration and creativity.

U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
